RESOLUTION OF TH£ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO WILLIAM E, GREEN
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF
THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS~ ~il1iam E. Green has served the City cf Palo Alto as a member of
the Planning CD!Ylnission from August 1, 1976 to May 18, 1973; and
WHEREAS~ William E. Green has given unselfishly of his time and talents to
assist in guiding the growth and development of the City in the best interest
of the total cormnunity; and
WHEREAS; Wi111am E. Green has made a significant personal contribution to·
tne cOfllllunity through his diligent and conscientious efforts while serving as
a member of the Planning Corrmission; and
WHEREAS~ the City of Palo Alto wishes to recognize the service of William E,
Green.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Courcil of the City of Palo Alto
hereby gratefully records its appreciation, as we11 as the appreciation of the
citizens of the comnunity, for the outstandiny public service rendered by
William E. Green.
