HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 5704I e ' ORl<.;;INAL f RESOLUTION NO. 5704 ----- RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO AMENDING SCHEDULES R-1, R-1-FA, R-2, R-3, and R-4 OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, Schedules R-1, R-1-FA, R-2, R-3, and R-4 (Domestic Refuse Collec- tion, Refuse Collection, Commercial Refuse Collection-Standard 32-Gallon Containers, Commercial Refuse Collection-Special Containers, Commercial Refuse Collection, Detachable Containers and Special Refuse Collection) of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges are hereby amended to read as proposed in Sheets 127j, 127.ld, 128d, 129j 130d, 130.ld, and 13lf attached hereto. SEC'fION 2. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of said rates and the revenues derived therefrom sh&.11 be used only for the purposes set 0\1 t in the Palo Al to City Charter, Article VI I; Section 2, ent:i t led, "Public Utilities Revenue." The adoption of said rates is specifically exempted from the requirements of CEQA under Public Resources Code Section 21080(b)(8).
