Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, Schedules S-1 (Donestic Sewag~ Collection and Dis- posal) and S-2 (Commercial Sewage Collection and Disposal) of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charttes hereby are amended to read as shown on "Sheets no. 12lg and 123h' attached hereto and incorporated herein. SECTIOU 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto finds that the revenue derived from the adjustment of said rates shall be used only for the purposes set forth in the Palo Alto City Charter, Article VII, Section 2, entitled "Public Utilities Revenue." Theref~re, the adoption of this resolution and the rate adjustments are speci- fically exempted under Public Resources Code Section 21080(b)(8) from the requirements the California Envirorunentgl Quality Act.
