A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING L~GINEER 1 S REPORT
ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL

RESOLVED, by the ~ouncil of the City of ~alo Alto, Californfa, thJt
WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taktn pursuant to
the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has been duly held on the
Engioeer's Report and assessment ro11 prepared for the fiscal year 1979°80 to
pay th3 principal and interest on bonds issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 3950, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto on January
3, 1967;
WHEREAS, this Cc,uncil has heard all persons having an interest in any
real µroperty within the parking assessment df str~ct; has heard al 1
objections, protests or other written comnunications from any persons
interested in the real property within said district; has taken and rece·ived
ora 1 and documentary evidence pl!rtaining to the matters contained in said
report; has remedied and corrected any er-rors or informalities in the report
and revised and corrected any of the acts or det-armi natfrms of the var1ous
City off1cia1s as contained therein; and is fully 1nfonned in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ~DERED, as follows:
1. That said Eng1nser's Report and assessment roll, and each of
the assessments therein as duly revised and corrected, is hereby approved and
confirmed.
2. That said report together with the certificate ~f the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by this Council, shall forthwith be
delivered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County officer shall
. cause to be posted to the tax rolls, in the coll.llln provided therefor, the
anount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied and collected for said
fiscal year as set forth in said report as confirmed.

And I do hereby assess and apportion said portion of said· total amount ·
upon the several lots, fieces or parcels or portions of lots or subdivisions
of lanci liable therefor and benefit~d thereby, upon each, severally and res~ec
tively, in proportion to the benefits to be received by such subdivisions,
respectively, from the acquisition and improvements, and more particularly se~
forth in the list hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof.
Said asses~ent is aade upon the several subdivisions of land within
~aid assessment district in proportion to the estimated benefits to be received
by said subdivisions, respectively, from said impTovement, and in accordance
with t~e requirements of said Resvlution of lnte~tion and.said Code.
And because the several owners are unknown to me, said numes are not
set opposite the assessor's parcel number of each subdivision of land assessed,
Ind the amount assessed thereon. For a more particul~r description of said
property, reference is hereby :made to the deeds and maps on file and ~f record
in. the office of the County Recorder. ·
Notice is hereby given tha't serial 't>onds in the total prindpal amount
of S39Q,OOO • bearing interest at the rate of 5.56~ ,.
per annum, have been issued in the manner provided by Section 13.16.150 of""
Chapter 16 of Title 13 of the PGl<> Alto Municip~l Code. and the last installment
of such bonds shall 111atUrtt July 22 1993 •
