HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 5695. ~ ... 9 ORIGINAL • RESOLUTION NO. 5695 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING PROJECT NO. 75-63 RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursua"t to the Palo Alto ttan1c1pa1 Code, a public hearing has been duly held on the Engineer's Report and assessnsent roll prepared for the fiscal year 1979-80 to pay the principal and interest on bonds issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No~ S242, idopted by the Counril of the Cfty of Palo Alto on August s' 1976; WHEREAS, th1s Counc 41 has heard all persons having an interest in any real property wfthf n the parking assessment district; has heard all objections, protests or other written cOllMlnications from any pet·sons 1 r1~erested '" the real property within said district; has taken and received ora 1 and docUllef'ltary evidencE: pertaining to the m~tt"· -·s contained in said report; has reaed1ed and correct~ any errors or 1nfonnalit:1es in the report and revised and corrected ally of the acts or determinations of the various City officials a.5 contained therein; and 1s fully 1nfonned in the premises; NOW, THEhEFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: 1. That sa1d Enginetrr•s Ret>Ort Ind assessment roll, and each of the assessments thllr9fn as duly revised and corrected, is hereby approved and confinned. 2.
