' .. t' ORIGINAL RESOLUTT.ON NO. 5684 RESOLUlION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO ORDERING ANNEXA'IION OF THE TERRITORY COMMONLY KNOWN AS ~AYSHORE-EI-IBARCADERO ANNEXATION NO. 5 TO THE CITY OF PALO ALTO WHEREAS, on May 2. 1979, Resolution No. 79-77 was adopted by the Santa Clara J :>cal Agency Formation Cormnission approving the annexat:i<Jn to the City of Palo Alto of that certain uninhabited territory described in Exhibit "A" &ttached hereto and incorl)orated herein by this reference and shown on the map attach~d hereto as Exhibit uB" and incorporated herein by this reference, said proposed annexation being designated as "Bayshore-EJrbarcadero Annexation N'o. 5°; and WHEREAS, the owners of all of the property within the territory pro- posed to be annexed have given their written consent to the proposed an- nexation, ar.d pursuant to Gcvernment Code Section 35221 and the afore- mentioned Resolution No 79-77 of the Santa Clara Local Agency Formation Com:nisslon, the City of Palo Alto is authorized to annex said territ~ry without noti~e and ~esring and without election. NOW, THEREFORE, the Council oi the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: SECTION 1. The annexation to the City of Palo Alto of th3t certain uninhabited territory designated as "Baxshore-E:nbarcadero Annexation No. 5" and describ.?d in Exhibits "A" and "B' hereto is hereby approv '.d and ordered. SECTION 2. The City Clerk is directed to make such submittals and filings as may be. required by law to complete anne..xation proceedings. SECTION 3. The Council finds that the adoption of this resolution will not have ar.y significant environmental impact.
