The Counc11 of the City of Palo Alto does hereby RESOLVE 11 follows:
Section 1. The Council hereby finds that the propert~ described 1n Ex'11bf; A attached hereto, and 1ncorporated heretn by this rieferenc• ts cu~ntly held by the
Ctty of Palo Alto as suFplus property 1nd that the C1ty Counc11 desires t'l dispose of
satd property by sale to the highest bidder at an auct1"n tc sell satd property held

SECTION 3. The Council of the City of Palo Alto finds that the
revenue derived from the authori~ed adjustment of said gas Lates by
the City Manager shall be used only for the purposes set ou~ in the
Palo Al to City Charter, A1:ticle VII, Section 2, entitled "Public
Utilities Revenue." Therefore t the adoption of this Resolution and
the future adjustments of said gas rates by the City Manager aP autho-
rized herein are specifically exempted under Public Resources Code
Section 21080 (b) (8) from the requirements of CEQA.
