RESOLUTION NO. 5669
.RESOLUTlOU OF TUE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
UOTIC ING ITS IUTEIIT TO EMPLOY A CITY ?W~GER
mIEREAS. Section 3 of Article IV of the Palo Alto City Char_ter
requires that the City Council notice its intent to hire a City
Manager; and
\nillREAS, a search for a new City Manager will be cocmenced;
UOU, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby notices
its intent to employ a City Manager for the City of Palo Alto,
California.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall publish this notice as required
by Section 3 of Article IV of the Palo Alto City Charter.
SECTION 3. The Council finds that this is not a project under
the Carrf"'ornia Environntental Quality Act and, therefore, no environ-
mental assessment is necessary.
