RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF 'fHE CITY O'F PALO ALTO
ORDERING ANNEXATION OF THE PROPERTY COMMONLY l<NQT..TN
AS 1131 SAN Al\1TONIO ROAD TO THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
WHERE.AS, on December 6, 1978, Resolution No. 78-209 was adopted
by the Santa Clara Local Agency Formation Commission approving the
annexation to the City of Palo Alto of that certain· uninhabited ter-
ritory described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference and shown on the map attached hereto as
Exhibit "B 11 ~nd incorporated herein by this reference, said proposed
annexation being designated as "San Antonio 75-1-38"; and,
WHEREAS, the owners of all of the property within the territory
propo$ed to be annexed have given their written _consent to the pro-
posed annexation and, pursuant to Government Code Section 35221 ~nd
the aforementioned Resolution No. 78-209 of the Santa Clara Cotmty
Local Agency Formation Commission, the City of Palo Alto is autho-
rized to annex said territory without notice and hearing and without
election.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION 1. The annexation to the City of Palo Alto of that cer-
tain rminhabited territory designated as "San Antonio 75-13811 and
described in Exhibits 11A11 and "B 11 hereto is hereby approved and ordered.
The terins and conditions of said annexati.on shall be that within one
year after annexation the City shall detach the subject territory
from the Fremont Fire District, in accordance with California Health
and Safety Code Section 13952.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is directed to make such submittals and
filings ~s may be required by law to complete annexation proceedings.
SECTION 3. The Council finds that the adoption of the resolution
will not have any significant environmental impact.
