RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE C!TY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO HOWARD F. COULTER
UPON HIS RETIREMENT
ORIGINAL
WHEREAS, Howard F. Coulter retired on January 15, 1979 as
Firefighter after twenty-four years of continuous service wlth the
City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is proud of his work performance and
appreciat;ve of hf s efforts and dedication toward municipal services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation as wel 1 as the
appreciation of the citizens of this conmunity for faithful service
rendered to the City and extends to Howard F. Coulter its sincere
best wishes for a long and happy retirement.
