RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, on October 30, 1978, this Counci J adopted its Resolution No.
5604, A Resolution of Intention to Make Changes and Modifications in the
Engineer's Report fi 1 ed and approved pursuant t'l Resolution No. 5242, adopted August 12, l9i'6; and
WHEREAS, notice of the hearing therein provided for ha;; been duly given
in the time, fonn and manner required by law, said hearing has been held and
evidence taken and the Council is fully informed in the premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is ORDERED, as follows:
l. All protests and objections to said changes and modifications are
hereby overruled.
2. The changes and modifications identified as Alterna:c III in said
Resolution No. 5604 are hereby approved and ordered.
