Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, Schedules W-5 (Water Service), G-5 (Gas Service), and S-5 (Sewer Service) of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges hereby are amended to read as shown on "Sheets llli, 112i, 112:1, 118£, 119f, and 125g," attached hereto and incorp0rated herein. SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby finds that the enactment of this resolution is not a "project" under the California Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no environ- mental assessment is necessary. SECTION 3. The foregoing change shall become effective Feb- ruary-f, 1979.
