Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby RESOLVE as follo~s:
SECTION 1. The Council hereby finds that those certain properties
described in-i:xhibits ''A" and 11 B" attached hereto z:.nd incorporated
herein by this reference are currently helu by the City of Palo Alto as
surplus properties and that the City Counci~ desires to dispose cf said
properties by sale to private parties. The Council further finds that
said properties are no longer needed for the purposes for which they
were initially held and ate not needed for any other public purposes.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby approves and authorizes the
sale of said parcels to Thomas G. Moyer and Vivien K. Moyer as joint
tenants and John M. Anderson and William H. Baribault, respectively.
The M~yor is hereby authorized to execute such docwnents as may be
necessary to effectuate said transfer.
SECTION 3. The Conncil hereby finds that the sale of these prop-
erties will not have any significant environmental impact.
