RESOLUTION NO. 5620
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF
BONDS BY CITY
UNDERGROUND UTILITIES CONVERSION
UNDERGROUND UTILITY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 19

ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that the
bonds to be issued to represent unpaid assessments in proceedings conducted by
-the Council pursuant to Resolution No. 5472, A Resolution of Preliminary
Determination and· of Intention, adopted by this Council on October 25, 1977,
shall be purchased by the City of Palo Alto, at par plus accrued interest to
the date of delivery, all of said bonds to bear interest at the rate of 6.91%,
and to be accorl{lanied by the approving legal opinion of Jones Hall Hill &
White, bond counsel.
The City Treasurer is hereby authorized -and directed to have said bonds
printed forthwith, and as economically as possible, and that the same be
imediately signed, sealed and delivered ta the City Controller on receipt of
the purchase price thereof.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of
a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 4th day. of December , .
