Mediation T3sk Force from July 1, 1976 to August 31, 1978; and

the quality of rental housing in the community; and

to the community through his efforts in facilitating harmonious and fair
rental housing: relationships among tenants, owners, an<l managers in Palo
Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its
appreciation to IL\RRY GOLDKLANG for his outstanding cffo:Lts in the public
