RESOLUTION OF TllE COUNCIL OF TllE CI'lY OF PALO Al.TO
COMMENDING JOS£PH COLLINS AS A MEMBER OF THE RENTAL
HOUSING f.lEDIATION TASK FORCE FOR HIS CONSCIENTIOUS
ANO OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE.
WHEREAS, JOSEPH COLLINS has diiigently and unselfishly contributed
of his time and talents while serving as a member of the Rental Housing
~~ec~:.:-tion Task Force fro:n July 1, 1976 to August 31, 1978; and
WHEREAS, JOSEPH COLLINS has worked untiringly in mediating disputes
between landlords and tenants and in other activities desig~ed to improve
the quality of rental housing in the comm.tL11i ty; and
WHEREAS, JOSEPH COLLINS has made a significant personal contribution
to the commWlity through his efforts in facilitating h~rmonious and fair
rental housing relationships among tenants, own~rs and managers in Palo
Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Councii of the.City of Palo Alto wishes to ex-press its
appreciation to JOSEPH COLLINS for his outstanding efforts in the public
interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tha-t the Cotmcil of the City of Palo
Alto hereby expresses its appreciation and commends JOSEPH COLLWS for his
public service as a member of the Rental Housing Mediat.ion Ta~k Force.
