RESOLUTION OF Tl!E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ;\LTO
COMMEXfHNG MIKE LOWY AS A MEMBER OF TJIE RENTAL
HOUSING MEOIATION TASK FORCE FOR BIS CONSCIE~'TIOUS
AND OUTSTM.JOING PUBLIC SERVICE.
WHEREAS, MIKE LOWY has diligently and unselfishly contributed
ORIGINAL
of his time and talents while serving as a member of the Rental Housing
Mediation 'fask Force from July 1, 1976 to August 31, 1978; and
l\"HEREAS, MIKE LOlff has worked untiringly in mediating disputes
hetween landlords and tenants and in other activities designed to improve
the quality of ~ental housing in the conununity; and
WHEREAS, MIKE LOWY has made a significant personal contribution
to the communit)' through his efforts in facilitating harmonious and fair
rental housing relationships among tenants, owners, and managers in Palo
Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to ex.press its
appreciation to MIKE LOWY for his outstanding efforts in the public
interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Paio
Al to hereby ex.presses its appreciaiton and connnends MIKE LOWY for his
public service as a member of the Rental Housing Mediation Task Force.
