RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TH( CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING SEB NIELSEN AS A MEMBER OF THE RENTAL
HOUSING MEDIATION TASK FORCE FOR HIS CONSCIENTIOUS
AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE.
WHEREAS, SEB NIELSEN has diligently and unselfishly contributed
of his time and talents while serving as a member of the Rental Housing
Mediation Task Force from July 1, 1976 to August 31, 1978; and
WHEREAS, SEB NIELSEN has worked untiringly in mediating disputes
between landlords and tenants and in other activities designed to improve
the quality of rental housing in the cof11llunity; and
WHEREASt SEB NIELSEN has made a significant personal c<;ntribution
to the cormiunity through his efforts in facilitating hannonious and fair
rental housing relationships among tenants, or,.,ners and managers in Palo P.lto;
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its
appreciation to SEB NIELSEN for his outstanding efforts in the pubJjc
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo Alto
hereby expresses its appreciation and comiends SEB NIELSEN f•Jr his public
service as a meni>er of the Rental Housing Mediation Task Force. ·
