RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING KATHY JACOMB AS A MEMBER OF THE RENTAL
HOUSING MEDIATION TASK FORCE FOR tlf.R CONSCILN'flOUS
AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE.

h'HEREAS, KATHY JACOMB has diligently and unselfishly contributed
of her time and talents while serving as a member of the Rental Housing
Mediation Task Fo1·ce from July 1, 1976 to August 31, 1978; and
WHEREAS, KATHY JACOMB has worked untiringly in mediating disputes
between landlords and tenants and in other activities designed to improve
the quality of rental housing in the community; and
WHEREAS, KATHY JACOMB has made a significant personal contribution
to the conununity through her efforts in facilitating harmonious and fair
rental housing relationships among tenants, owners, and managers in Palo
Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wi~hes to express its
appreciation to KATHY JACOMB for her outstanding efforts in the public
interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo
Alto hereby expresses its appreciation and commends KATHY JACOMB for
her public service as a member of the Rental Housing Mediation Task Force.
