WHEREAS, J.PAUL DUMONT has diligently and unselfishly contributed
of h.is time and talents whjle serving as a member of the Rental Housing
Mediation Task Force from July 1, 1976 to August 31, 1978; and
WHEREAS, J.PAUL DUMONT has worked untiringly in mediating disputes
between landlords and tenants and in other activities designed to improve
the quality of rental housing in the community; and
WHEREAS, J.PAUL DUMONT has made a significant personal contribution
to the coTllrnunity through his efforts in facilitating harmonious and fair
rental housing relationships among tenants, owners and managers in Palo
Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto ~ishes to express its
appreciation to J.PAUL DUMONT for his outstanding efforts in the public
interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~ESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo
Alto hereby expresses its appreciation and commends J.PAUL OU!-t)NT for
his public service as a member of the Rental Housing Mediation Task Force.
