RESOLlITION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING fR.\.'.IZ BENJAMIN AS A MEMBER OF TllE RENTAL
HOUSING MEDIATION TASK FORCE FOR HIS CONSCIENTIOUS
AND OUTSTA.~DING PUBLIC SERVICE.

WHEREAS, FRA.~Z BENJAMIN has diligently and unselfishly contributed
of his time and talents \.ihilc serving as a member of the Rental Housing
Mediation Task Force from July 1, 1976 to August 31, 1978; and
hliEREAS, FF.ANZ BENJAMIN has worked untiringly in mediating-disputes
between landlords and tenants and in other activities designed to improve
the quality of rental housing in the conununity; and
WHEREAS, FRANZ BENJAMIN has made a significant personal contribution
to th~ community through his efforts in facilitating harmonious and fair
rerital housing re!ationships among tenants, owners and managers in Palo
Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its
appreciation to FRANZ BENJAMIN for his outstanding effort~ in the public
.:ntere::;t;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo
Alto hereby exp~esses its appreciation and commends FRANZ BENJAMIN for his
public service as a member of the Rental Housing Mediation Task Force.
