RESOLUTION NO. 5605
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO Al.TO
COMMENDING SALLY LORBERBAIJM AS A ?-!EMBER OF THE RENTAL
HOUSING MEDIATION TASK FORCE FOR HER CONSCIENTIOUS AND
O~fSTAND!NG PUBLIC SERVICE.
WHEREAS, SALLY LORBERBAUM has diligently and unselfishly contributed
of her time and talents while S{;!rvlng as a member of the Rental Housing
Medi at ion Task Force from July 1, 1976 to August 31, 1978 ;-and
WHEREAS, SALLY LORBERBAUM has worked untiringly in mediating disputes
between landl0rds and tenants and in other activities designed to improve
the qLlality of :rental housing in the community; and
WHEREAS, SALLY LORBERBAUM has ma<le a significant personal contribution
to the co~.munity through her efforts in facilitating harmonious and fair
rental housing relationships among tenants, owners and managers in Palo
Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its
appreciation to SALLY LORBERBAUM for her outstanding efforts in the public
interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo
Alto hereby expresses its appreciation and commends SALLY LORBERBAUM for
her public service as a member of the Rental Housing Mediation Task Force.
