RESOLUTION OF '.t;E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO AL TO
EXPRESSIN~ APPRECIAT!ON TO LLOYD A. SMITH
UPON HIS RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, Lloyd A. Smith retired on July 15, 1978 as
ORIGINAL
Ordinance Compliance Inspector after thirty-seven years of cont1nuous
service w1th the City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is proud of his work perfonnance and
apprecfat1ve of his efforts and dedication toward municipal services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Councf 1 of the City of
Palo Alto hereby gratefullv records its appreciation as well as the
appreciation of the citizens of this ccrrmunity for faithful seNice
rendered to the City and extends to Lloyd A. Smith its sincere best
w1shes for a long and happy retirement.
