RESOLUTION NO. 5577
RES~LUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO HILMER J. NE~SON
UPON HIS RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, Hilmer J. Nelson retired on July 29, 1978 as
Gas System Field Repairer after thirty-eight years of continuous service
with the City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is proud of h1s work perfonnance and
appreciat1ve of his efforts and dedication toward municipal services;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation as well as the
appreciation of the citizens of th1s c011111unity for faithful service
rendered to the City and extends to Hilmer J, Nelson its sincere best .. wishes for a long and happy retirement. . .
