RESOLUTION NO. 5575
RE~OLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO FRANK J. RACK .
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF
THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Frank J. Rack has served the City of Palo Alto
as a member of the Planning Conmission from Hay 29, 1974 to
July 31, 1978; and
WHEREAS, Frank J. Rack served as Vice Chafnnan froni August 1, 1975
through JuTy 31, 1978; and
WHEREAS, Frank J. Rack has given unselfishly of his time and
talents to assist in guiding the growth and development of the
City in the bP.st interest of the total comnunity; and
WHEREAS, Frank J. Rack has made a significant personal
contribution to the conmunity through his diligent and conscientious
efforts while serving as a member of the Planning Conrnissfon; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to recognize the service
of Frank J. Rack:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Ctty of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records fts appreciation, as well
as the appreciation of the citizens of this conmunity, for the
outstanding public service rendered by Frank J. Rack.
