RESOLUTION NO. 5560
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
CALIFORNIA AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARRING
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
{New Formula)
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
· California, that
WHEHEAS, after proceedings to that end duly had
and taken pursuant to the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public
hearing has been duly held on the Engineer's Report and
assessment roll prepared by application of a revised benefit
formula for the fiscal year 1978-79 to pay the costs of
maintenance and operation of offstreet parking facilities
for the California AvenuP. Area Of fstreet Parking Maintenance
District created pursuant to Resolution of Intention No.
5353, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto on
February 14, 1977;
WHEREAS, this Council has heard all persons having
an interest in any real property ~ithin the parking maintenance
district; has heard all objections, protests or other written
communications from any persons interested in the real
property within said district; has taken and received o~al
and documentary evidence pertaining to the matters ~Jntained
in said report; has remedied and corrected any eY£Ors or
informalities in the report_ and revised and c~trected any of
the acts or ~et~rminations of the various City officials as
contajned therein; and is fully informed in the premises~
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDt:P.ED, as follows:
1. That said Engineer's Report and assessment
roll, and each of the : _r,sessments tt.erein as duly revised
and corrected, is hereby approved and confirmed.
2. That said report toqether with.the certificate
of the City Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by
this Council, shall forthwith be delivered to the county of
Santa Cl~ra, and the proper County officer shall cause to be
posted to the tax rolls, in the column provided therefore,

the amount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied
and collected for said fiscal year as set forth in said
report as ~onf irmed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full,
true and correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted
by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California-, at a
meeting thereof held on the 19th day of ~-J-yn_e __ ~-' 1978,
by the following vote of the members thereof:
