A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING
ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL

PROJECT NO. 75-63
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, after proceeding• to that end duly had
and taken pursuant to the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public
hearinq has been duly held on the Engineer's Report and
assessment roll prepared for the fiscal year 1978-79 to pay
the principal and interest on bonds issued pursuant to
Resolution of Intention No. 5242, adopted by the Cowicil of
the City of Palo Alto on August 9, 19761
WHEREAS, this Council has heard all persona having
an interest in any real property within the parking assessment
district1 has heard all objections, protests or other written
communications from any persons interested in the real
property within said district; has taken and received oral
and documentary evidence pertaining to the matters contained
in said report; has remedied and corrected any error• or
informalities in the report and revi•ed and corrected any of
the acts or determinations of the various City officials as
contained therein; and is fully informed in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said Engineer's Report and assea~ment
roll, and each of the assessments therein as duty revised
and corrected, is hereby approved and confirmed.
2. That said report together with the certificate
of the City Clerk as to the fac·. and date of approval by
thi• Council, ahall forthwith be delivered to the County of
Santa Clara, and the proper Coun~y officer shall cau•e to·be
poated to the tax rolls, in the column provided therefor,
the amount of each of the assesamenta propoaed to be levied
and collected for said fiscal year aa set forth in said
report aa confirmed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing ia a full,
true and correct copy of a resolution duly pasaed and adopted
by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a
meeting thereof held on the 14th day of --~J~u~n~e--~-' 1978,
