12(c) The proposed closure of Yale Street north
of Coliege would interfere with non-neighborhood
traffic. However, an alternnte route is ayail-
able via Stanford, Yale, Oxford, Staunton and
College to internal and business traffic. This
closure may slightly increase the traffic.on
Oxfor.d and Str1unton. This increase will be
insignificaat.
