RESOLUTION NO. 5536
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPART-
MENT OF TRANSPORTATION, AND SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 THERETO,
RELATING TO FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS IN '!"HE CITY OE'

The Council of the Cit:' of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That ce~tain agreement between the City of
Palo Alto and the State of California, acting by and through the
Department of Transportation, entitled "LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT
FOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS, NO. 04-5100," and Supplement No. 1 thereto
dated August 29, 1977, ~ntitled "PROGRAM OF LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL
AID SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF PALO ALT011 be· and
hereby ar~ approved for execution by the Mayor and certification
by the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby determines that this is not
a project as defined in Section 11. 04 .130 of the Palo Alto Muni-
cipal Code and therefore no environmental impact assesslf'IEtnt is
necessary.
