'fi8SA-34a WJ~IJ:nrof. 03/14/78 60c . .. •'.,. that ORIGINAL RESOLU'l'ION NO. 5532 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING REASSESSMENT PROCEEDINGS SAND HILL ROAD (FORMERLY WILLOW ROAD) PROJECT NO. 74-65 REASSESSMENT PROCEEDINGS RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, WHEREAS, this Council did on Ma~ch 21, 1977, adopt its Resolution No. 5370, A Resolution of Preliminar.y Determination and of Intention: and WHEREAS, this Council did on December 19, 1977, adopt its aesolution No_ 5502, A Resoluti.cn and Order Adopting Engineer's Report, Confirming Assessment and Ordering Work and Acquisitions: and WHEREAS, the assessments confirmed by said Resolution No. 5502 are void or unenforceable and not effective through the curative provisions of the law in relation thereto, NOW THEREFORE, upon the initiative of this Council, IT IS ORDERED that full reassessment proceedings for the Sand Hill Road (Formerly Willow Road) Project No. 74-65 be, and they hereby are, initiated and undertaken. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the action herein taken is not, and shall not be considered as, an approval on reassessment of said Project. Approval on reassessment of said Project is rese:ved ior future action by this Council a~d shall be made, if at all, by resolution adopted subsequent to the f inat approval of a supplemental revised environmental impact report for said project • • * * * • • • • • . · . . COMPENSATION SCHEDULE Compensation shall be payable in installments upon submiseion by Environ~ental Impact Planning Corporation of icemized monthly billings in duplicate, setting forth labor costs based upon the 8tandard billing rates as set forth below, and subconsultant and reimbursable fees incurred during the billing period.
