ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 5531 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF SUPPLEMENTAL REVISED ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT SAND HILL ROAD (FORMERLY WILLOW ROAD) PROJECT NO. 74-65 RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that WHEREAS, this Council has been informed that there is data and information on the Sand Hill (formerly Willow Road) Project 74-65 and its proposed environment which WdS not considered in the· original environmental impact report for such project and which indicates such project will cause significant environmental effects not considered in said original environmental impact report: and WHEREAS, it appears necessary to supplement and revise said original en~ironmental impact report; NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that a supplementa-1-revised environmental impact report be prepared for the Sand Hill (formerly Willow Road) Project 74-65. * .. * * I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and conect copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 27th day of March · , 1978, by the following vote of th~ members thereof: AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmembers: Brenner, Clay, Eycrly, F~.zzino, Fletcher NOES, Councilmembers: None ABSENT, Counc i lmember s: Henderson NOT PARTICIPATING: Carey, Sher, Witherspoon' ·1 Palo Alto APPROVED: APPROVED: ~~ • Exhibit A Enviromnental Impact Planning Corporation · Scope. of Se?"'lices Sand Hill Read (formerly Willow Road) Suppleme~tal Revised EIR I. UPDATE ORIGINAL EIR Update original EIR to reflect new data aud to expand the project description. This will include revising the project description to include alignment I and all the desigu ieatures incorporated into the final plan which wera uo.kno'Wn at the time the original EIR was prepared. Graphics depicting this information will be preparP.d, The relationship to plans and environmental setting sections will be updated to reflect events which have occurred since preparation of the eart~er EIR and which affect the contents of these sections. COMPENSATION SCHEDULE Compensation shell be payable ln Llstallments upon submission by Environmental Impact Plann~ng Corporation of ite~ized monthly billings in duplica~e, setting forth labor costs based upon the standard billing rates as Eet forth below, and subconsultant and reimbursable fees incurred during the billing period. The services of Envirocmental Impact Planning Corporation shall be compensated at the following hourly rates: 3/15/78 Prlncipal Senior Associate Senior Professional Professional Technical Assistants Production Staff -3- $45 per hour $37.50 per hour $32.50 per hour $27. 50 per hour $20 per hour $12.50 per hour
