HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 5530• ORiGINl~L RESOLUTION NO. 5530 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO AMENDIUG ORDINAUCE NO. 2637 TO MODIFY THE DEVELOP-· MENT PLAN FOR THE P-C DISTRICT KNOWN AS 625 EL CAMINO REAL, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol- lows: SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2637, adopted Novemtier 22 1 1'971, hereby is amended to modify the Develo?ment Plan for the P-C District at 625 El Camino Real in accordance with EXHIBIT A attached hereto and incorporated herein, by adding to such section the following conditicns: 1. That-the granting of these things be conditional upon the staff's approval of landscaping care and other requirements that are listed in the P-C. 2. All new construction permitted by this amendment of Ordinance No. 2637 shall be completed within six (6) months of approval by the City Council. SECTION 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 2637-not hereby amended shall remain in full force and effect, SECTION 3.
