RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULES W-1 and w-1-0 OF THE CITY OF PALO
ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES TO PA.~S THROUGH nm
DECREASED COST OF SAU FRANCISCO WATER.
'11le Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal Code, Schedules Y-1 (General Water Service) and W-1-0
(General Yater Service) of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and
Charges hereby are amended to read as shown on "Sheets No. 108j
and 109j., attached hereto and incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. The Council of Palo Alto hereby finds tt.&at none
of the provisions of this resolution will have a significant ad-
verse environmental impact.
SECTION 3. The foregoing change shall become effective upon
approval of a ~ate decrease by the City of San Fra...~cisco but no
later than May l, 1978.
