RESOLUTION N~. 5515
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FORM OF BOND RESOLUTION
OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO GOLF COURSE CORPORATION
REsOLVED, hy the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
WHEREAS, on October 3, 1977, this Council approved its Resolution
No. 5456, A Resolution Expressing Approval of a Proposal for the Counstruction
of Improvements to the Palo Alto Hunicipal Golf Course to bf.': Financed by
Issuance of Tax Exempt Obligations of the City of Palo ,.lto Golf Course
Corporatfon, which resolution among other things, approved proposed Resolution
No. 77-6 of the said Ccrporation providing for the issuance of bonds to finance
the proposed improvemer1ts to the Palo Alto Municipal Gcnf Course;
WHEREAS, a revised fGnn of proposed resolution, identified as Re~olution
No. 78-2, A Resclutior. Auth9~izing the Issuance of Golf Course Lease Revenue
Bonds of the City of Palo Alto Golf Course Corporation and Providing for the
Issuance of Series 1978 Thereof, has been submitted to this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, it 1s OROEREO that this Council does hereby approve
safd revised form of proposed bond resolution and 1utnorizes the City of
Palo Alto Golf Course Corporatior.-, to proceed to issue and sel 1 its bonds
in accordance with the provisions of said Resolution.

Palo Alto, Califomfa, at a meeting thereof held on the 13th day of
