RESOLUTION NO. 5511
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PALO ALTO COMMENDING MARTIN DREYFUSS FOR
OUTSTANDING AND CONSCIENTIOUS SERVICE AS
A MEMBER OF THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION
Martin Dreyfuss has diligently and unselfishly contributed of his
time, talents and energy while serving the City of Palo Alto as a
Human Relations Com:aissioner from February 1, 1973 to December 31,
1977; and
.Martin Dreyfuss a~sisted in ~uiding the Commission in substantive
and thoughtful,e!forts by bringing his keen intellect and unflagging
wit to bear upon issues concerning human relationships in the
community; and . Mitrtin Dreyfuss contributed to the comanmity d1iring his tenure as
~onaisaioner by $erving as Vic' Chairperson during 1977, by ch~~~i~6
the legislative review c01lilllittee, by acting as Commission liaison
to the Rental Rousing Mediation Task Force, by authoring annual
reports) and by seTVing on a variety of other Comm.i9sion comm.ltteea;
NO'W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that tbe Council ~f the City of Palo Al~o hereby
c0111111ends the outstanding and conscientious public service of
Martin Dreyfuss and records its appreciation ss well as the appre-
ciat~on of the citizens cf this ~o1111'4Unity for the service and
contribution rendered during his te:-m of office.
