EXPRESSING APPRECIAT'r-. . TO SHIRLEY CHANDLER
UPON BER RETIREMENT
WBEBEAS. Shirley Chandler retired ou December 31, 1977 as Chief
Keypunch Operator after twenty years of continuous ~•r'Vic• with th• City

be vacated and pursuant to any e~isting franchises or renewals
thereof, or otherwise, to construct, maintain, operate, replace,
