A RF.SOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
SAND HILL ROAD (FORMERLY WILr.ow ROAO)
PROJ£CT No. 74-65
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
WHBRBAS, pur~ ~nt to Resolution No. 5481 of this Council
ordering saae, adop\.~d on November 21, 1977, not ice has been duly
given of the intention of this Council to change and modify the
assessaent under Resolution of Preliminary Determinatiof"I ._and of
Inte"1tioi,)Mo. 5370, adopted on March 21, 1977:
NRBREAS, · persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all
persons deairing to be heard were ~iven an opportunity to be henrd,
and all matters and things.pertaining to said changes and
mqdif ications were fully heard ~nd considered by this Council; and
W118REAS, certain additional chan9es have been C"ecommended by
the Director of Public works:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. The changes and aodif ications in the assessment under said
Resolution of Preliminary Determination ~nd of Intention be aade an~
had, all as more particularly described artd set forth in,_said
Resolution No. 5481 adopted November 21, .l977. -

method of assessment included in the Engineer's Report filed
pursuant to Resolution o~ PteliminarY. De~ermination and of Intention
Ito. 5370, adopted March 21, 1977, are hereby aodified as shown on
the sheets and pages thereof marked •c/M 11-7-77•, and the City
Engineer is hereby authorized ar.d directed to fil~amodified report
incorporating said chan~es.
4. That the assessment as set forth in the Engineer's Report
is hereby modified to reflect the changes therein as set forth in
colU.n 2 cf the assessment and marked •cjM 11-7-77•.
S. That it is hereby determine~ that the chang,s and
modifications ordered in Section .1 hereof do not increase any
assessments nor substantially affect the distribution of ben-:!fits
from the work.
