R.BSOLVBD, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
WRBRBAS, on the 25th day of October, 1977, said Council, in
accordance with and pursuant to the Palo Alto Municipal Code and
Section 19 of Article XVI of the State Constitution, adopted its
Resolution Ro. 5472 of Preliminary ·oeteraination and of Intention,
wherein it did prelialnarily deteraine that the public convenience
and necessity require certain acquisitions and improve.aenta therein
described in general tera&J
11BBRBAS, said Council thereupon appointed Monday, the 5th day
of Deceld>er, 1977, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of ·said day, in
the council Challbers, Civic Center, 250 Baailton Avenue, Palo Alto,
California, as the tiae and place when and where any.and all persons
interested could appear and show cause why the Counc·Ll 11hould not
find and deteraine that the public conv•nience and nec .. sity require
the pro~ed acquisitions and iaproveaents wlthoUt ~~lying·witb
ilection 2800 and following of tbe Streets and Highways Code of tbe
State of California,
