A_RESOLU'~ION OVERRULING PROTESTS
ON RESOLUTION NO. 5472 OP PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION
AND OP INTENTION

UNDERGROUND UTILIT'! DISTRICT NO. 19 UTI~ITIBS CONVERSION
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS, this Council did on October 25, 1977, adopt its
Resolution No. 5472 of Preliminary Determinstion and of Intention to
acquire and construct public improveaents in and for said City:
WBERBAS, on NOveJlber 7, 1977, this Council adopted ·a
resolution appointing time and place of hearing protests in relation
to the proposed acq~isitions and improvements and directing notice:

WHEREAS, notice was given of the ti•e and place therein stated
in the aanner provided by law, as appears froa the affidav!ts on
tile in the office of the City Clerk;
WBERBAS, said matter caae on regularly for hearing at the time
therein f ixedi and
WBBRBAS, all written protests and other written communications
were publicly read at said aeeting and all persons desiring to be
heard were fully heard1
