R.BSOLVBD, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the public interest, convenience and necessity require, and
that it is the inteniio~ of said Council to aake changes and
aodif ications in the •saessaent filed pursuant to Resolution of
Pr•liainary Deter•in~t!on and of Intention Ro. 5370 adopted by this
CQuncll on March 21, 1977, by redistributing the asseaaaent as set
forth in coluan 2 of the ••••• ... nt roll filed with the City cl•rk August 31, 1977, and aaking other changes, all of said proposed
