HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 5478• .: 0..1.C7A-14a 9"11KIJsar 11/02/17 that ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 54za A RBSOLtJTION APPOINTING TIME AN1" PLACE OF II.BARING PROTESTS IN RELATION TO PROPOSBD ACQUISITIONS AND IMPROV!'.MBNTS, AND DIRECTING HOTICB UNDBRGROOHD UTILITIBS COIWBRSIOR UNDBRGROORD OTILI~t DISTRICT HO. 19 RESOLVED, by the council of the City of Palo Alto, California, WHBREAs, ~ursuant to Resolution No. 5472 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention adc1pted on October 25, 1977, by the Council of said City, pursuant to·section 13.12.040f Chapt~r 13.12, Title 13 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, (analagous to th~ Municipal Iaproveaent Act of 1913), the City Engineer of said City has filed with the Clerk of this City the written report called for under said Code and by said Resolution of Preliainary Deteraination and of Intention which report has been presented by said Clerk to this council for consideration, and this Council baa considered and preliainarily·~pproved and confirmed said report and ordered that the saae stand as the report for the purpose of all subsequent proceedings bad pursuant to said Resolution of Preliainary Deter•ination and of Intention.
