RESOLU'tlON OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
C<»fM!Hl>lNG CHOSEN T. CHENG AS A MEMBER OF THE RENTAL
HOUSING MEDIATION TASK FOR HIS CONSCIEN'rIOUS
AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, CHOSEN T. CHENG has diligently and unselfishly contributed
of his time and talents while serving as a member of the Rental Housing
Mediation Task Force from .July 1, 1974 to August 31, 1977; and
WHE.~.S, CHOSEN T. CHENG has worked untiringly in mediating d:!.sput~s
between landlords and tenants and in other activities designed to improve
the quality of rental housing in the community; and
WHEREAS, CHOSEN T. CHENG has made a significant personal contribution
to the ~ommunity through his efforts in facilitating hBnnonious and fair
rental housing relationships among tenants, owners, and managers in Palo
Alto; and
W!iEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its
appreciation to CHOSEN T. CHENG for his outstanding efforts in the public
interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo
Alto hereby -expresses its appreciation and commends CHOSEN T. CHENG for
his public service as a member of the Rental Housing Mediation Task Force.
