ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 5441 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO ADDING SCHEDULE w-1-c TO THE CITY OF PALO ALTO UTILITIE~ RATES AND CHARGES TO ESTABLISH RATES FOR THE SALE OF HAULED RECLAIMED WATER 'The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol- lows~ SECTION 1. );'ursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal COde, Schedule W-1-C of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges hereby is added to read as shown on "Sheet 108.2" attached hereto and incorporated herein. SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby finds that the enactment of this resolution is not a "project" within the meaning of that term as defined in Section 11.04.130 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code and, therefore, no environmen~al assessment is necessary.' SECTION 3. The foregoing change shall become effective September l, 1977. City of Palo Alto California e- UTILITY RATE SCHEDULE SCHEDULE w-1-c Original Sheet 108.2 RECLAIMED WATER AVAILABLE FOR HAULING APPLICABILITY: This schedule applies to reclaimed water available for hauling for uses specified by Authorization No. 2188.8011 (MHK)sag issued by the California State Regional Water Quality Control Board on June 14, 1977. TERRITORY: Available to water haulers operating within the Regional Water Quality Control Plant service area. RATES: Per l,000 gallons $1.00 SPECIAL PROVISIONS: Minimum monthly billing for water will be $15.00. Bills will not be rendered for months of inactivity. All haulers of reclaimed water will be instructed on the allowable uses of reclaimed water and required special operating procedures. Haulers must be licensed by the City of Palo Alto before water will be provided. Issued by The City Council Effective Date:
