RESOLUTIOH NO. 5435 • ORIGINAL RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO AMENDING ORDINAHCE NO. 1889 TO MODIFY THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE P-C DISTRICT KNOWN AS 2800 WEST BAYSHORE ROAD, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS · The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as -follows: SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1889, adopted Septeiill>er 28, 1959, and subsequently amended by Resolution 5073 on March 31, 1975 and Resolution 5231 on July 19, 1976, hereby is amended to modify the Development Plan for the P-C District at 2800 West Bayshore Road in accordance with EXHIBIT A attached hereto and incorporated herein, by adding to such section the following conditions: 1. The maximum height of the sign shall be five feet. 2. The maximum area of the sign shall be 26.5 square feet. · SECTION 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 1889 shall remain in full force and effect as originally adopted. SECTION 3. The Council finds that the proposed project will not hive a significant impact upon the environment.
