AND 334. 360 SBEUDAN AVENUES ARD GJANTING AH EXCEPTION WBDEAS, five parcels located at 323, 331 and 365 Grant and 334 and 360 Sheridan Avenuee,identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 132-36-12; .132-36-13; 132-:36-14; 132-36-21 and 132-36-79, hereinafter referred to as the "subject property~' are proposed to be aggregated into one lot· by a reversion to acreage; and WRDEAS, the subject property would front on both Grant and Sheridan Avewu, but is prohibited by Section 21. 20.140 of the Palo --Alto Municipal Code fram having frontage on two streets, requiring an exception froa said requira- ~; . sow. TllDEl'ORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: - SECTION 1. The City Council finds that there are special couditiona affecting the parcels because the proposed zoning and use of the site for an · elderly housing project located close to public transit and shopping will . generate little traffic and will therefore have a negligible effect on the two streets which abut the subject property. • SECTION 2. The City Council hereby approves the tentative subdivision map for a reversion t~ acreage of the subject property. a.a shown on the map attached hereto and.incorporated herein by reference, and grants an exception to the requirements of Section 21.20.140· of the.Palo Alto Municipal Code.
