UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES ESTABLISHING A WATEI. CONSERVATION RATIONING PROGRAM
!he Council of the City of Palo Alto doe• RESOLVE aa fol-
lows: -
SECTION 1. Pursuant-to Section 12020~010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal Code, Schedule W-6 (Water Conservation aationing
Program) of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges is added
to read as shown on Sheets 113 .. l, 113.2, 113.3 and 113.4 attached
bereto ~d incorpora~ed herein. ·
SECTION 2. The Cowicil of the City of Pa~o Alto hereby
finds tb&t the enactment of this resolution :Ls not a "project"
within the meaning of that term as defined in Section 11.04.140
of the Palo Alto-Municipal Code and, therefore, no environmental
asseasm•t is n~essary.
SEC!IOR 3. The foregoing change ·shall become effective July 1,
1977, wJ.th exaess·use charqes to be assessed with the first billing in August. . . .
