.ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES-TO OFFSET ADVERSE IMPACT ON REVENUE USED to FINANcE SEWAGE COLLECTION.
AND TREATMENT OPERATIONS
The Counc~l of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE aa fol-
lows:
SECTIO?t. l. Pursuant to Section 12. 20. 010 of the Palo
Alto Runlcipal Code, Scheduies S-2 and S-2-0 of the Palo Alto
Utilities Rates and Charges hereby are amended to read as shown
on Sheets Nos._ 123g and l24ftt attached hereto and incorporated ·
herein. ·
SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby
finds thit tlie enact:Di.ent of this resolution is not a "project"
·within the mearii.ng of that-term as defined in Section 11.04.130
of the Palo_Alto Municipal Code and, therefore, no environmental
aas~t is necessary.
SECTION.J. The foregoing cbSnge shall become effective
.July 1, 1977.
