RESOLUTION OF THE COUHCtL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
ADDING SCHEDULE W-1-B TO THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES ESTABLISHING RATES FOR.
THE SALE OF R:&CLAIMED WATER
The Council of. the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTIOU l~ Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo
Alto MUii!clpal Code, Schedule W-1-B of the Palo Alto Utilities
Rates and Charges hercb; is added to read as shown on "Sheet 108.1"
attached hereto and incorpora~ed herein.
SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby
finds that the enactment of this resolution is not a "project"
within the ~ing of that term as defined in Section 11.04.130
of the Palo Alto Municipal Code and, therefore, no environmental
assessment is ~ecessary. --
. SECTIOH 3. The foregoing change shall. become effective
July l, 1977.
