AMENDING SCHEDULES W•l AND W-l-0 OF THE CITY OF PAUJ ·ALTO U'nl.ITIES RATES AND CHARGES TO O.FFSET INCREASED
COST OF SAN FRANCISCO WATER AND EFFECT OF MANDATORY CURTAit.MENT PROGRAM
· The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
. SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo
Aito MUnicipal Code, Schedules W-1 (General Water Service) and
W-1·0 (General Water Service) of the Palo Alto Utilites Rates
and Charges hereby are amended to read as shown ou "Sheets No.
1081 and 1091" attached hereto and incorporated herein.

. SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby
finds thit none of the provisions of this resolution will have
a significant adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 3·~ The foregoing change shall become ·effect'f:ye ·
July 1, 1977.
