A RESOLUTION CONFI~NG ENGINEER'S REPOR'l'
AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 75-63
RESO:tVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken
pursuant to the ,:Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has been·
duly held on the ~ngine~--~ s Report and assessment roll prepared .for
the fiscal year 1977-78 to pay the principal and interest on bonds
issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 5242~ adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Al to on August 9, .1976 i
WHEREAS, this Council has heard all persons having an irite:rest
in any real property within the parking assessment district; has
heard all objections, protests or other written communications ·from
any persons interested in the real property within said district1
h~ taken and received ora1 and documentary evidence pertaining to
the matters contained in said report1 has remedied and corrected any
errors or informalities in the report and revised and corrected ~Y
cf the acts or determinations of the various City officials as .
contained therein; and is fully informed in the premises;
HOW, 'l'BEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said Engineer's Report and assessment roll, and
each of the assessments therein as duly revised and corrected, is
hereby approved and confirmed. -
2. , 'l'hat said rep0rt together with the certificate of the
~ty C1erk as to the fact and date of approval by· this ~uncil,
shall forthwith-be delivered to the Cowity of Santa Clara, and the
proper County officer shall cause to be posted to the tax rolls,
in the column provid~ therefor, the amount of each of the assess-
ments proposed to be levied and collected for said f.iscal year as
set forth in said report as confirmed.
